I am home 2 days post op

Thanks everybody for the support to do this. I just got home. Dr. O' Malley did me and guess it was easy for him. Chest pain was pretty rough after from the C02 gas. They did 4 ekg's on me as it felt llike I was having a heart attack. OUch. That and the dry heat blasting in my room made recall the movie. "the flight of the Phoeniix" no water ... but I took everyone's advice.. and walked around the unit many times, I took deep breaths, I walked some more. Home and Drinking detox tea and clearing my system. Will lhave some Protein shake after a hot shower and clear my dried sinuses.

Ohh, good job, Patricia! It's over, it's over, aren't you glad it's over!! Just think of how much better you're gonna feel this summer! Think of all the cute things you'll be able to wear!! You'll be able to paint your toenails and get sexy sandals!! You'll even be able to see your feet!!! WOW!! You go girl! I will pray for your speedy recovery.

Cause that's what I would do! My poor daughter does my toenail painting now, I'm sure she'll be glad to give it up. I hope to be doing my own next summer, hope to be having surgery this June. I am so excited about being able to wear anklets and toe rings!

Hi Patricia, I'm glad you are home and doing well. What is detox tea? Do you have any good advice for me? I am right behind you with Dr O'Malley on Friday. I'm getting excited and nervous at the same time! I know he's a great doc. I will be excited to watch for your posts on your progress. Congrats on the beginning of your new life! Patty
