Good Morning
Hi Christine
WOW!!! That is awesome that you've lost that much already........
You're obviously doing something right babe... I had lost 57lbs as of last week so you're doing fabulous... I am a little over 10 weeks out now... But am feeling fabulous...
Sooooo just wanted to congratulate you! Don't feel bad because everyone loses at different rates... I'd be tooting my horn for sure if I'd lost that much in 1 months time... That's great!! You go GIRL!!!

Yah things are ok here for the most part... I'm taking a full course load this semester, working and been helping my fiance take care of his ailing mom... It's been soooo nuts lately that I've not gotten online as much as I'd like to... But I do stop by and read the posts when I get a min to myself to do so...
Then last week we finally joined the Y and on my way walking back to the car I took a step forward and twisted my right ankle... I have a bad sprain right now so I've been doctoring that on top of everything else... But I didn't let that stop me from going there to work out cuz I can still do the upper body stuff...
Well I'd better get moving now... You take care and keep up the great work! I'll try and peek in more often from now on...

Hi Christine. I've been waiting to see an update from you and what a good one! 61 pounds WooooooHoooooo! Sounds like you're doing it right, even if you're not walking as much as you think you should! I want you to know that those of us who are still pre-op (last test done last week, packet goes to insurance company this week) really needed to see your post. YOU should NOT feel bad, you're one of the most supportive people I've ever seen! I'm so glad that you're feeling good and using your new tool the way it's meant to be used. I read Dr. Simpson's book and he recommends using a baby spoon and fork when you first go back on solid food. Think small when you take those bites. Congratulations on your success and keep up the good work. ~Cheryl~
