Good Morning

Good Morning to my extend family here at OH Well this wheather is really something I don't like the snow anymore think I did when I was a kid, but my kids love it.....That's because they don't have to shovel it.......I hope you all stay warm and get to stay home and call it a snow day, I had to come to work they don't believe in snow days... Well here is a little update on me and I feel bad to do this cause I see so many people struggling with the weight loss and I know everyone is different but when you are going through it, it seems like it is hope less but hang in there it will happen.... I am 4 weeks out yesterday and I have lost 61 lbs and I am feeling good I get tired mid-day and just try to take it easy here at work....yesterday was the first time I had a problem eating and I have just started on solid foods and I don't know if I didn't chew enough or I was eating to fast but it got stuck and cause so much pain in my chest.....so I will be more careful about how I am eating..... I want to thank everyone here who has supported me and gave me encouragment to conitune in my journey when I thought I was never gonna have this surgery.....I am thankful to god that I have had no complication durning and after surgery, so ya see your prayers really helped So please keep your prayers going for everyone who is going to have surgery and remember we are here for each other and we share something that others can not understand..... Hi there I'm so very proud of you! You have lost 61lbs and that isn't easy to do. But remember mostly you have alot more weight to lose then other people. I've read in our hand books that the more you weight the faster it would come off. So don't feel BAD! And if anyone trys to make you feel bad about it. Then it's on them and not you. Now on that note, I did not go on the scale this morning. I'm going to try to drink more water to fool my body so it can start droping weight again. Oh and I'm still waiting for my "aunt Flo" to show. But this morning I'm feeling better. Just very tried this morning. But I'll be on line and making phone calls looking for work. Hi there sweetie Glad you are feeling better and after aunt flo leaves you will see the differences in your scale but you should get ride of the scale and just go for your weigh ins.... I know the more you weigh the faster is will come off and I shouldn't feel bad but it is the same as getting the water in alot of people can't get the water in and here I am 4 weeks out getting all the water and more....just can't help but feel bad about it... Wow ... congratulations, Christine ... You're doing fabulously. We spoke about this and while some people have trouble getting the scale to cooperate, there's so much to be said for playing by the rules. Keep rockin' it, girl ... I can't think of anyone who deserves this success as much as you -- not even me! {{{HUGS}}}

Oh Melissa you are making me blush stop it, You deserve it just like me you really fought the fight for your surgery and won and with all the co-morbidities you had I know you are going to do fantastic with your tool too...Just take it one day at a time and follow the doctors plan...that's what I am doing. Thank you M&M for all your support and encouragment you are a real inspiration to many of us here on the NY board the DS and all the boards you post at.... I remember crying when I read your post that you finally got approved and when I think of all you went through I still fill up with tears...
