Support Group Meeting!

First I would like to say Good Morning Wonderful AMOS and I hope you all had a wonderful Weekend! I am having another meeting in my home on March 19th at 10:00am and if you are intrested please e-mail me and I will give you the info need to get to my house. I had my first meeting this weekenand I feel it went very well. We covered the topic of Protein. As we all know this is a very important part of our lives so please try as hard as you can to get in all you protein and also get your water or whatever liquids work for you! There were four of us at the meeting including myself. There was Christine G. Maria D. J.P. (Jolanda) and as I said Myself. After the meeting we all went to the Super Wal-Mart up in Fishkill and we had such a wonderful time. I am so looking forward to the next meeting. It is so wonderful to meet the people face to face we talk to on the board so often. It is such a good feeling to be able to give back what we all get from the board anyway we can. We are here to help and support one another. The love I always see and feel on this board makes me come back everyday! Christine had brought the kids with her and JP also brought her daughter too! (They are such GREAT Kids!) It went so well! Hi Evelyn, I know I haven't been on the board in awhile, work has been really busy. Anyways, I am going to Atlantic City on the 18th and coming back the next day but if you guys ever do Super Walmart again or make it a fun thing to do after the meeting I would love to know about it. My email at work is [email protected] (I think you have that somewhere...LOL). I am still waiting for my verison DSL to start so I have no internet or email at home right now (bummer). It must have been a nice meeting, being so small and personal. So if I cannot make the one in March, I will try for the next one. Thanks so much for forming a group. Thank you Elisa for thinking about me....I am doing great I am 4 weeks out today, I had open surgery and lost 61lbs.... Congratulations you are almost in the century club.... You are doing a great job on your weight loss.....keep up the good work and keep us posted.....and I do hope you come with us next time we meet I see we have gambling in the mist so we will catch you at the following one.... Just so you all know That I had a great time with everyone. All of you ladies are just Angels And I hope to meet more of you on this wonderful board at our next meeting. I felt like I have met family members. And that's what all of you have become to me. God Bless Love Maria
