Dr. Macura and Lazarro

Has anyone had surgery with Dr. Macura and Lazarro ? What requirments have to be met to be considered a candidate for them?

I had my surgery with these doctors. They are GREAT!!! They know there stuff, see a lot of patients and their staff is great too. I have no complaints whatsoever about them. As for their requirements, it's the same as every other surgeon. They want a psych eval, for you to see a nutritionist, and attend one of their seminars for pre-ops. If anything it's your insurance that you have to be concerned with, but the person that deals with the insurance company on their staff is very good at getting approvals and appeals and all that other stuff. I got my surgery approved on the first try and after 2 days of putting in the paper work. Good Luck on your journey.
