Sent in paperwork!

Hi everyone! I sent in my paperwork to Upstate hospital today, the big long packet about health history, diet history, and insurance info. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to you? Cause I think that my next step is a consultation with Dr. Cunningham but do I need to be 'approved' by the hospital first? Oh and anyone who has Dr. Cunningham could you please let me know what you thought?? Thanks!!! Stephanie
