another 12 pounds gone 4ever!

Well, ... I lost another 12 pds. that's 56 total since Oct. 25th surgery 458 to 402! WOW in 2mths! As for the obstruction scare, I AM FINE! Everything is healing nicely. My body is moving at a slower rate which I am told is fine. I just have to Up my activity level, my protein intake and my Water each day! Thanks for the continued support. I got so many wonderful e-mails. Martine
