Christine- Sorry to hear about your recent medical problems. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that things resolve themselves soon!!!! As for me... I am going to my mother in laws for Thanksgiving. Thankfully she lives 1/2 mile away so weather is not a factor. Being 10 days post op I am thankful I do not have to do the cooking myself at this point!!!! (Still reminding myself not to lick the peanut butter knife after making the kids sandwiches ) Given though I have progressed to pureed foods, I am going to try some mashed potatoes, maybe with some beef broth mixed in. I also bough canned turkey so I will puree that, mix with a little mayo and have a go at it. Ohhh yummy! I hope you have a great holiday tomorrow!!!! Janet

Hi Janet old habbits are hard to break........but you are in a time of ajusting to the new tummy.... So glad you don't have to cook this early out I'm sure next year you will be well ajusted to the new you.....please let me know how that can of turkey is it sounds.....well never mind....puree well that sounds .....never mind again..... Hi there smoochie girl how are you doing.....I am feeling fine......and it's the holidays everybody loves the hoiday..... I am relaxing in bed....the kids are still in school and will be cooking tomorrow .... I don't go back to work til Tuesday after going to the cardica care but I will post and let everyone know what they say.....I sure it will be fine....
