52 pounds lighter after 2 months

Hi everyone, It has already been 1 month since I last posted and 2 months since my surgery. I am happy to let you all know that I have lost 52 pounds as of Friday (11/05/04). I am in heaven....It is amazing what a difference 52 pounds can make. I am doing well although I do not think I am eating enough or taking enough liquids. I am exercising a lot, at least 5 times a week and feeling great. :dance I thank God, my family and friends, and all my new buddies at AMOS. I could not have done it with all the support and prayers.
