Well Yesterday in the morning I had 1 and 1/2 soft boiled eggs.
Then later drink, drink, drink.
For lunch ( I bring my own to work , but forgot it today
I had a turkey and cheese wrap w/ a little fat free may and tomatoes. (This was an a very low carb wheat wrap also).
Excersice Up and down this flight of stairs where I work about 25 steps (went up and down around 10 times)
Then drink, drink, drinkl.
Then for dinner I had 3 ozs of cube steak and 1 small boiled red skinned potatoe.
Then drink, drink, drink.
Then I had a little s/f Jello with a little fat free whipped cream.
Then drink, drink, drink.
Then I finally went to bed
Alice it's like you always say whatbworks for one person may not work for another I know this works for me but I don't know about anyone else.
