Hunger Pains????

Hi Remember the days when we would have hunger pains BEFORE we ate??? Well, since surgery I have been noticing that I get this same sensation AFTER I eat my meal. Does anyone else also experience this? I always measure my food to be no more than 4-5 oz and when we eat out (which these days is few and far between) I know to stop when my stomach begins to gurgle. I am not worried about what I am feeling just curious if any of you also feel the same. Marianne

This happens to me too! The first bite of food after I've not eaten for a while, or the first drink of water in the morning....ugh! But if I give it a few minutes to pass...it's fine. Claudia
