Dr. Alan Posner (Buffalo, NY)

I have my first consultation tomorrow with Dr. Posner and I was wondering if there was any other patients out there who had gone to him. Do you have any suggestions or comments? Thank you

Hi Stacy, I am also from the Buffalo NY area, but had my surgery with Dr. Caruana. I can't say enough good things about the man. As for Dr. Posner, a friend of mine had her surgery with him, and she can't say enough good things about him. Both of these doctors have been doing this for sometime, and if it was me, because of this, I would have felt comfortable with either of them. Hey Stacy ~ I had Dr. Posner & he is great. He will be completely honest with you & if you ever need to reach him he is available. Get the South Beach diet book as he will have you doing that prior to surgery as this is how you will be eating pretty much after surgery. Start excersizing as he wants you to get in the habit now.
