Ok Its me again...Lately I have been really busy at work so I rarely get time to log on or pass by the boards. Hiiiiiiii Sharon!!!!!! Hi Alice!!!!!!!!! Hi Eve!!!!!!!!!!! Hi Marilyn!!!!!!!! Hi Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I went to get my children a flu shot last week and I was down another 8 lbs. I am happy but just not stisfied yet (you guys should know me by now). I go for a walk(which I never did before) early morning around 5:30 and come back around 6. I do that 5 days a week. I really dont if that is enough. What kind of exercises can I do sitting at my desk or in the car or at home where my husband cant see me. I want to lose another 40lbs before December 15th. I am determined to do so. I just need your support. I am not comparing myself to anyone but it is my personal goal That I want to achieve before the holidays. I want to get into at least a size 14/16. Not too much I am asking for. I have seen a difference in my will power. It is much stronger than before. Guys I need your help and ideas....please dont discourage me. Thanks, Mandee

Hey there! As for the walking I do the same thing for a 1/2 hour too! I also have the Ab Lounge (for sit up's) and some weights for my arms. I have not been able to walk lately because I have to be to work really early this week so there is no possibe way for me to do it in the morning and by the time I get home I am too tired Mandeep you are doing great don't push yourself too hard you don't want to overdo it. With my doctor's permission, I joined the gy. L.A. fitness which is not too far from where you live at Lake success. It is fun, I do lots of cardio and weights. It is a little bit expensive ($49.00/month) and there is no contract. Just a little info if you want to join. I could use a workout partner. They have a bunch of fun classes also.

hey Mandeep you will lose the weight that you want, how are your eating habits, are you getting in your proteins and your water, because they do make a big difference. And yes join a gym most of them have daycare to watch the children when you work out and do a lot of cardio/aerobics because that's the way I lost most of my weight I am one pound to hit my goal and all I have to do is try to maintain. call me, if you don't have my number anymore email me and let me know and I will call you.
