How can I get rid of these terrible gas pains

I'm 2 months post-op. Down 44 lbs. I was sick this past week and I couldn't get my regular walking in and now I have terrible gas pains. I've tried Gas-ex. It relieves it a bit but not totally. Is there anything I can use OTC that will give me relief. TIA Anne

Are you constipated? That always takes the gas to a new level for me.

Also try lying on your left side! It helped me last night.
