I am seriously considering surgery . . .Anyone had the Fobi Pouch in NY

I have been looking at the site for a couple days and have finally got to the stage where I truly feel this is my only hope. I received an information packet regarding the Fobi Pouch operation but it seems like it is only offered in California (too far to go from NY for me). Has anyone had that particular procedure done here in Western New York (Buffalo/Rochester area)? Also, I looked at the "Insurers" and did not find any feedback regarding Independent Health (IHA) covering the bypass surgery. Anyone out there? -Diana-
