I am trying to get through by phone and have left 2 messages and no one has gotten back to me. Are they on vacation???

Keep trying them, I find they do not return phone messages but if you get some one on the phone it will work out for you. Don't give up keep trying, they are busy in the mornings.

Duh! I have to get my records from my old surgeon before I can make an appt.
How are your experiences with the doc and his staff?
Overall experience is good when I first met Doctor Macura we had a litte "spat" once I stated my concern we've been fine ever since. His partner Dr. Lazaro is more patient friendly. However, I would recommend them.
