Queens Metro Surgical Weight Loss Support Group http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Queensmetrowls/ The next meeting of the Queens Metro Surgical Weight Loss Group is to be held on Wednesday October 20, 2004 at 7:15pm. The purpose of the meeting is to plan future events and to establish committees. If you would like to bring in a healthy snack please do so, e-mail the recipe so that we can share with those that are unable to attend (or e-mail me the recipe so I can share it with the non local members). YOU MUST CONFIRM IF YOU WANT TO ATTEND. We have limited seating space. Please note we have begun exercises classes at the World Gym of Mineola. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday evening and they begin at 7:30 pm. The cost for 10 classes is $70.00. Seven dollars per class is less than the co-pay that we all pay for one doctor's visit.
