HOSTAGE!!!

Ok Y'all! I got my CPAP machine yesterday. I faxed the receipt to the surgeon's office as proof that it's in my house, right? They say, "Oh thanks Marjorie. Your file is still being worked on. Everything is set. We'll get back to you." WHY R THEY HOLDING MY SURGERY DATE HOSTAGE 'YO?!?!?!?!?!?!!? Awesome nights sleep though(whoo wee) !!!! martine

Nothing like "awesome sleep" Glad to hear that is working in your favor. When I was waiting for approval it took seventy-five years (actually two weeks) So what am I saying, give them a day or two then call back see what there procedure and process are this way you have a timeline to work with. Trust me your not the only patient calling them. Marcia
