Help with getting in all your water!!

I've discovered something that is helping me & a friend of mine & wanted to pass along the info. On Saturday I purchased a new water bottle from Walgreens. It looks like a bottle that you see on the water coolers in offices only its made for personel use. It hold 72 ounces & has a sip cap. I think the reason it works is that it is there stareing you in the face all day & you know that you have to drink the whole thing before the day is over. You have it all in one container & it is motivation to drink up. Plus, its so big that you are actually getting a workout lifting the dang thing, lol. It was $3.99 & I think, really worth the money.
