Today Show WLS

If anyone is logged in now, there is going to be a segment on WLS on the Today Show in a few minutes.

I jus****ched the segment, it was short but good. Finally a positive view! The doctor they had on with Al Roker and Lester Holt talked about how people are resolving diabetes and other weight related issues with WLS. THe study was over 13 years with 2200 patients. They are hoping that insurance companies will listen and approve more surguries. Medicare is even looking at it for people over 65. They cautioned that it is still a major step and not for everyone, but it was a very positve segment!
