First of all.. about fluids...My doc says I shouldnt be drinking more than 3/4 of a glass of water each day and the only other liquid i could drink is the protein. But I think I read the total opposite...People tell me to drink alot of water and truthfully, I want to but my doctor says no and says they are "empty calories" What should I do? Also I am a night person(huger attacks at night) ....Any suggestions on what I can do to get rid of this attack? I am pretty good during the day but night is my weakness. What should I do? Around December We plan on going for a family reunion...I want to lose at least another 40-50 lbs before then.....any suggestions on my food intake? What can I do to speed up the weight loss proceess just a notch? Please Help me out.... Mandee

Mandee, I really think you should call the doctor to verify his instructions, unless you have them in writing. There are no calories in water, so that instruction doesn't seem right. Most people I know are told to get in 64oz. of fluids a day, including protein drinks. If I feel hungry at night, I have a protein drink before I go to bed. It seems to really help.

My doc told me to get at least 64 oz of fluid per day. I get in over 100 oz of fluid per day. Call your doc or your nutrionist. Im also a night person I try to stop eating at a certain time. I am still never hungry. You are probably fighting head hunger Best of luck, Nicole -143
