Fantastic--38 lbs. Just saw your other post about getting in your water. You can drink any time--except right before and after eating your meals. Check with your dr, about how long he wants you to wait. My dr wants me to wait 45 mins to 1 hour.

Hello Debra~~ Glad that your feeling reassured about your decision on having WLS!! I know that your doing the 6 month supervised diet plan. Please keep us posted on how that is going for you. Alice, Thank you for those kind words and it is a bummer that I have to go through this 6 month thing but I try to look at it as I have more time to research and get myself prepared. I can not do anything about what the Ins company wants so I should just go with it. Thank again for your kind words, this board it a god send I have to say... Debra P.

Alice, What a great way to start the day with and uplifing poem! I feel as if ive gooten out of hell also as i finally got below my pregregnancy weight that ive held on to for almost 3 1/2 years! Im 9 weeks out and down about 50lbs. i see the dr tomorrow. more importantly my 100units of insulin i took daily is down to NONE! i was giving that up for Christmas...but i got that gift early. my chlosteral was 203...down to 119 now. God, I love my band! All the Best! Tracey
