Just a hello

Hello all, I am new to the site and waiting for my 6months Dr supervised weight loss thingie that the ins is making me do...~growls~ o well, I had my first constult and was planning on starting my testing and such but I now have to wait so I wait.... I don't do that very well.... Just wanted to say hello to everyone and let you all know that you have been so much help to me while learning about WLS....Thanks to you all... Debra

Debra thank you for the comment on the pic. I had my surgery on May 20, 2004 I am 5 months post-op and I have lost a total of 82lbs. I feel wonderful and so will you when you have it done also. As for what you said about your pic please just hear me out it dosn't matter the size we are we are all beautiful, some people just don't see it that way though. So please post a pic I really would love to see you Then after surgery when you star dropping those pounds you will be glad you did this way you will se the difference when you look at both pics. Evelyn, Congrats on your "Loosing"..... My cuz had it done April 2004 and she really inspired me to look into this further, I was really not into doing this before I saw how good she is doing and how GREAT she feels. I will get a pic on my website and link it in here, but how do you get the smaller ones next to you posts? I really do have to read more around this site yet, so much good info here. I am so happy that my cuz told me about this site even though she did not open an account here. She would be an inspiration to all. So far there isn't anything she can not eat and maybe that is a bad thing huh?...... Evelyn, Yes I already took a look at it and it looks great, I really enjoyed reading it very much. It is good to read that it is normal to be so nervous about this whole thing and the waiting for each step can sure take it's toll on you. It is very nice to see someone so positive......
