Pain on left side

Hello Everyone I am 2 weeks post op and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how long this pain on the left side lasts. I had a lap RNY.. the surgeons says it is ok but I am still in pain... HELP Thanks all Angela

Angela Hello again I'm sorry you are having pain and I'm sure it is very uncomfortable. I'm not able to tell you how long but you might want to call your surgeon again and push the issue. Have a good evening and feel better sweetie Christine

I know I had a little pain in my left side also I believe it was gas If I were you I would call the surgeon and ask him what I could do to relieve the pain. I hope you feel better soon. Welcome to the losing side. Evelyn
