I FEEL MUCH BETTER I NOW HAVE NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE NO MORE SLEEP ABNEA, I HAVE SO MUCH MORE ENERY AND I AM MORE PRODUCTIVE IN LIFE AND BUSSINESS AS WELL . I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE ANOTHER 25 LBS BUT IT SO SLOW NOW . I KNOW I SHOULD BE HAPPY WITH WHERE I AM AT BUT THATS MY CRAZY PERSONALITY I HAVE NOTHING IS EVER GOOD ENOUGH. I AM WORKING ON THAT PART TO MAKE IMPROVEMENT . THE OTHER PROBLEM THAT I HAVE IS I STILL SEE MY SELF AS OVER WEIGHT MAYBE NOT AS MUCH OVER WEIGHT BUT STILL OVER WEIGHT . I KNOW I NEED TO CORRECT THAT FOR MY OWN SELF BEING . I WANT TO SAY ALL OF YOU ARE DOING WELL AND TO THOSE WAITING TO HAVE WLS THE TIME WILL COME BEFORE YOU KNOW IT THANKS AGAIN TO YOU ALL BEST WISHES ADAM H

CONGRATULATIONS ADAM ~~ You have done a wonderful job with your weight loss!! You have accomplished so much in just 9 months and you will lose the rest of your weight. Just keep doing what your doing--follow your drs food plan, get in as much protein and water as you can. And of course, exercise always helps. Please post more often and let us know how your doing! Continued Success! Alice

Adam- Congratulations on a wonderful job so far. Keep up the good work. I have heard people say you lose the weight twice. First you lose it physically and then you lose it mentally. It takes our minds some time to catch up with our bodies. Keep going it will come. Janet

Congradulations ADAM! Keep up the great work.... I am glad your doing ok, and I sometimes feel the way you do about being over weight but not like I use to be, but in time those thoughts will go away just think positive and keep up the great ok?
