7 days to go....
I wanted to say hello to every one
and say that I am so greatful to all of you on this wonderful site
I have been researching WLS for 16 months
and in the begining I just looked at the before and after photos then I became a member and read the message boards, shyly I started to post questions and I have always gotten great feedback. I have also changed my name on this site 2 times I can not believe that this is really going to happen to me, in just 7 days I will be on my way to a new life
I am excited and scared and unsure about how my transition will be, but I am ready.
As some of you might recall that I really do not like to cook, and I call myself the order in Queen, i have actully been cooking my but off for the past couple of weeks, I can hardly believe it myself, but I think that I will do ok,
I have a question I am wondering if I should I buy a mini food processor so that I may be able to make my own mushey foods, will it mush chiken? I never seen it in action! any advice is welcome!!
Thank you in advance to take the time and read my post.
Much love

Hi there! I have a mini food processor but I have to be honest I never used it after the surgery. What I did was buy some (not much) Baby food and I did the eating that way. I also ate cream of wheat and other mushy foods The reason I did it that way is because if I didn't like the taste I wouldn't be wasting so much, ya know. I wish you all the best on you upcoming surgery. May you have an uncomplcated surgery and a speedy recovery!!!!!!! Congratulations to you
