Psychological Evaluation

Hi all! Has anyone found a psychologist willing tondo the pre-op evaluation with insurance as opposed to cash?

any and all help appreciated. 

I was given a list of people by my doctor. I went to a therapist who took my insurance. I just paid my co-pay.

Thanks for the response. I just went with their in house psych and had the evaluation done out of pocket.

Well that sucks.
