Grilling Veggies
I have grilled peppers, zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes but that's it.
I'm about to try asparagus, does anybody have any tips on how to do so successfully?
Are there any other veggies you grill? Care to share?

1. get a grilling plate (one with hales in the bottom, but fairly solid)
2. Coat the asparagus with olive oil and season with some salt and a little pepper.
3. Spray grilling pan with High temperature/Grilling PAM.
4. Brown and roll the asparagus...
Grill Onion, garlic, Carrots, Beans and Peas (in pods)
corn(leave husk on and place a LITTLE butter under the leaves (remove silk) They will "steam" in the husk.
