GI doctor in the Binghamton area

Has anyone been to a Gastroenterologist in the Binghamton area?  My Primary dr. would like me to see one, but he isn't sure which one has more experience than the other with RNY surg.  Please let  me know.

Although I was never his patient, I used to work with Dr. Banks at Wilson.  I always thought he was a great doctor, very professional, compassionate and knowledgable.  Here is the contact information regarding him.

I would call the office and ask how much experience he has dealing with post-op bariatric patients.  Since he is in a group practice you could also ask who in the group has the most experience with bariatric patients.  I hope that helps you.

Thank you very much for the info Teri.  Actually Binghamton Gastro is the office i set my appointment up with (before i got your reply).  I researched all of the area GI doctors and they were the ones with the most doctors in their practice and focused on a different thing.
