THursday What did you or will you eat today?

Good Thursday morning.

Breakfast Coffee with skim milk and splenda
                 3 egg whites made in olive oil spray
                 4 strawberries

Hey hun

Breakfast:
2% cheese stick
Oatmeal with a banana

Lunch:
6 oz Grilled chicken breasts
Cucs and a half avacado
4 oz blueberries

Snack:
1 oz cracker barrell cheese
2 tbs fresh hummas
6 baby carrots

Not sure on the rest yet, have to wait and see......
Driving home I might have my Ko****LC bar.....

RNY 6/6/2005, Surgery weight was 290 lbs
Lost 140 Lbs (down to 150 lbs)
Regained 80 lbs (back to 230 lbs)
 
Re-lost 7 lbs (now 223 3/3/11 and moving down )

ok had some coffee and 2 pretzel rods for snack
Dinner had half of boneless baked pork chop made with lite italian dressing
                     lil bit of white rice (i know i know)
                     carrots

1 Morning Star Veggie Burger
1 thin slice light Strouted Grain bread
Pickles and a smear of fesh hummas on top
