Wow its been a while! I see some familiar faces HI! Im here because I have had a rough year.  I had my surgery 5 years ago. I was able to maintain for 4 years. My mom passes away suddenly last January and this past year i just spirled out of control. I have gained back 25 pounds and I am freaking out. I am still active and I am lucky that i havent gained more then that back.  I just joined WW to try to get myself back in control and i am back here because this board was a MAJOR support for me when I had my surgery. So I am going to make it a priority to post and stay around.

Lisa,
Yes that is when it gets tough, when we have issues in our lives that we take back our old habits and ways. This is an addiction and it is something I know I have to deal with every day. I think when I was down to a "normal" weight I thought I was was "normal" but I will never be that way, I will ALWAYS have a good addiction. That is my form of medication, food!

I have put into place many things that will help me on a daily level and I know that I will need to stay with this forever, even more so when things get crazy in life!

Glad to see you here, that is a BIG step as before we would have never addressed these issues so Kudos for us!

 Hey Lisa,

GLAD to see you back on OH again.  Let's try to make this board more active again, together, with Deb and others, we can do it!  It will ONLY help us all, don't you think?

Ok, so beginning tomorrow, lets post our daily food each day and exercise routine.

I'd love it for EVERYBODY to participate and make the BEST use of this forum for all who attend.

Also, for extra daily inspiration, PLEASE feel free to be active on LIPO (Long Island Post Ops) Facebook page, it is AWESOME and a lot of fun too!

 Lisa and DEb,

It's NEVER too late, at times we just need to be reminded about how our tool works for us only if we work with it.

So, no more slacking!
Let's post daily accordingly and also share any struggles and or concerns.

Who else will join us?

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
