i am so nervous right now.  i feel like i have forgotten everything i learned.  i am so nervous that i wont eat enough food or eat to much, eat the wrong food, not get enough protein, not lose weight, gain weight.....so much going through my mind, i feel like even though i am reading everything i was given and a few books that its going in and out.   its like cramming for a test that you need to pass and its just not working.
i just dont want to go through all of this and not succeed or see the results

We have all gone through this....

Just follow your doc's program and you'll be fine.

If something doesn't feel right, call the office IMMEDITAELY, don't wait.

If you want another source, I recommend "Weight-loss Surgery for Dummies" book.

I have met and talked with Chef Dave Fouts - he is AWESOME! The cooking book is GREAT!

Just follow the surgery center's guidelines, eating plan, etc....you'll do fine

you just take it one day at a time and as long as you follow the rules you will do well. you have the motivation and that is half the battle. good luck

Hello,
Ok first take a deep breath! You can not do this wrong as long as you follow what your Dr says and take your time in learning your new way. It does take time to change but you will be fine.

You know you can try to learn to much to quick....LOL Slow down and know you will be fine!

Good luck with your surgery on Thursday!
