Any feedback on these plastic surgeons in Ithaca/Syracuse/Rochester?

Hi folks,

I'm beginning the PS consult process and wondered if you had any feedback on the following surgeons:

Jeffrey Gusenoff - Rochester
Gregory Baum - Syracuse
David Monacelli - Ithaca

If so, it'd be helpful to know what kind of procedures you pursued, cost, satisfaction, etc.
