3 years out

Just wanted to update on my status...Nov. 20th was my 3 year anniversary of having the RNY. I am still holding strong at the weight I had lost..I have lost and still kept off the 100 pounds that I lost. Recently had my yearly checkup and they told me that was great and not seen very often. The weight loss total they had given me was 84 pounds. I am often asked if I would do the surgery again if I could. My answer is always of course. It worked for me but doesnt always work the same way for everybody else. I feel great and am so glad that I had a new chance at a new and better life.

Congrats.  I am three years out also.  Best decision I ever made in life.  Weight loss is going strong.  Feel blessed that I had no complications (*Knocks on wood*)  So happy. and yes I would do it again if  had the chance.  Keep it up!
