Need NYC Dr. recommendations for anemia treatment

 I'm looking for a recommendation for a primary care doctor in NYC that has experience with post WLS patients. Specifically, I need a doctor who can work with me on my anemia and prescribe B12 shots, iron infusion and blood transfusion therapy.  I am 5 years post op and had a great doctor in NJ who specialized in metabolism and nutrition but am in the city now and can't seem to find someone with the right credentials.  Any input is much appreciated!

I guess the bigger question is nutrition.  Do you know the need for the iron infusions, b-12 shots?  are you not getting the vitamin regimin in?  Have you talked to your surgeon about this?

 I have a hematologist in NYC that helps with those kinds of issues.  She works with a lot of weight loss surgery patients.  Her name is Dr Dana Shani, she's on E 86th St. Dont have the number but I'm sure you can google it.
