 Good morning NYers!

Today is going to be a GREAT day!

I began my day by having an AWESOME CLICK protein drink (made with skim milk for extra protein, crushed ice and splenda)!  Then I walked a mile and rode my rusty old bike (which I haven't done in several years.  My goal was to also run/jog for a mile, but I wasn't able to do this.  I tried but had a bad pulling sensation in my lower tummy and decided to wait to run (I guess I'm still not totally healed since my last plastic surgery procedure)?

Anyway, I am inspired by this wonderful warm feeling that the sun has brought me today and hope to once again begin including exercise as part of my daily routine.

HELLO!

It was a beautiful weekend! Did a little walking, eating, swimming and sun tanning!

Concentrating more on my food intake. Had gained a few and didn't want it to get out of hand so I had to pull in the reigns!!
 
Sorry I am a day late!

Also haven't been on too much lately :(

I think that's what contributes to the crummy eating and weight gain too!
