Terrific Tuesday!

 How are you making your Tuesday terrific?

I began my morning with a delicious click shake.  Now I'm having some Lite yogurt with a banana and a new granola cereal that I just discovered yesterday.  Later I will be on the run for most of the day so I am packing a variety of cheese cubes, crackers, baby carrots,  a plum and peach.

Remember, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail!

Great so far..Started off with 1/2 cup of Fiber One Cereal and Skim Milk. Had a Greek Yogurt for mid morn snack. Followed by Chike Chocolate Shake for lunch added a banana, Sugar Free Instant Jello Pudding (cheesecake flavor). Interesting combination but very yummy. 

Cleaning up my basement had some water come in due to all the rain we had. How many calories do you burn from mopping?
