This would be a good time to start making healthy choices and routines for yourself. Thinking about how to cook high protein foods that are good wls choices. You won't know what you'll tolerate well after, sometimes chicken is a brat. But it wouldn't hurt to get a wls cookbook and try out some recipes. About your tme-frame I started making a to-do list. For one was yesterday, I trecked all over the Great Escape. I used to be wheezing by the time I got up to Ghost Town, and yesterday, I was nearly running up the steps of Desperado Plunge without a second thought (except for how freakin awesome it was to be able to do that..) next on my list, whitewater rafting :) But it can be anything from that stuff to fitting in the seat of a movie theater (I'm thinking Eat, Pray, Love is on my list for the weekend...) or walking around the block painlessly.
Every time I can check off something from my list, it makes every sacrifice or complication totally worth it and more.

I did white water rafting about a month ago. It was an awesome expereince. I highly reccommend it.
