Hello NY friends!

What did everyone have for "din, din"??

I was bad and went out for turkey clubs. BOGO free at a local place and they are yummy! I do not eat much of the bread and only eat 2 quarters.

Tomorrow is hump day!! Then we will be on the down slope for the weekend. Whoo, hoo!

I tried a new protein sample today and it was yummy. It was the About Time chocolate. It said to add 8oz of water (or liquid) and I wish I had added less. Too watery for me. A Yohoo consistancy though which is nice. I am going to try the ......B-day Cake flavor tomorrow.

Soooo....what did everyone else have for dinner??

Was a busy day and I was tired when I got home. I just made my Self a Protein Shake. I've been trying my own concoctions. I mixed a scoop of CVS Vanilla Protein Whey. 7 Oz of Skim Milk., Some Sugar Free Jello instant Pudding (Butter Scotch) some Ice.
 
Came out pretty yummy.

Anyone else have combinations that they like?

Hi everyone! nice to see the NY boards coming back to life!!

I didnt do to well today on getting all my foods in :(  

Breakfast: yoplait 2x protien yogurt
Lunch: 3 thin slices of deli smoked ham w/ handfull of corn chips
Dinner: chicken quesadilla (only 1/2 of it tho)
Snack later my Atkins bar...

did get all my water in tho!!!!
