Well, hope everyone had a great Monday!
I have 2 weeks of summer school left and then I am off till after Labor Day!
I am glad to see all the replies here. I think if we all come together we can make it work!!
Suggestions are appreciated as well as anything you would like to chat about. One of my favorite things to read is what people are eating. My problem area is snacks and sweets!!

I choose....peanut butter M&M's!!
Well, not all the time
I choose from:
granola, SF PB cookies, PB protein balls (homemade), protein shake, Luna bars, pretzels dipped in PB or flavored cream cheese (MMmmm), coffee w/ flavored creamer.
These are just a few!

Good Morning!
I am having trouble with snacking. Actually I'll call it what it is for me -- GRAZING on carbs!!! I discovered I can eat small amounts of anything without dumping and I can do it often. That let all the bad habits back in with a vengeance. I haven't gained, but I am in the longest stall ever. Now that I've gotten through all the stress of my daughter's wedding and had a very long talk with my GP about depression, I am ready to tackle the demons. I am going back to basics for a bit, maybe try the five day pouch test to help beat the carb monster (aka: carb addiction).
Wish me luck! Off to make myself some breakfast.

To keep myself focused and on track, I post my food the night before or in the early morning. I have been posting on the graduates page and it is nice for me because others are posting with me and I really appreciate my new friends.
I did not log my meals for today until just now and what I realized is that I grazed into the bag of kettle corn someone brought to works today. All set for tomorrow, though! N
