Rochester area

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew if a post op support group in the rochester area. Also I have looked into joining some biking groups or kayaking groups and didn't know if anyone knew of any.  Hope everyone is having a great day

The MONARCH group that meets at Highland Hospital on the second tuesday of the month, it's the only one I know of....

Kayaking and biking groups a plenty down in Ithaca.  Do you live right in Rochester?

I do live right in rochester...but if they were on weekends I would be willing to make the trip :-) Some weekends I travel all over the state for different bike tours and recently started doing triathlons...so I am always up for an adventure
