wls recipes

anyone know of any wls friendly recipe sites besides eggfaces and bariatriceating?

There are some right here at OH. Go to the forums under 'weight loss related' and you will find a recipes forum. Hungry girl has some that are good too. If you google 'wls surgery recipes' you'll probably find a ton.

yeah i have done both i just figured someone might know one they use that is really good like the 2 i named =) besides trying to finally get some of the new yorkers talking  lol
