Hello friends,

OK I said I would start a thread on what we all ate for the day. We can see how it goes.

I usually do it on the WETEO thread on the Main Forum. I will still post over there (have been friends with those gals for over 1 year now) but we can see how it goes here OR all pop on over there. They are a friendly bunch!!

Let's see...eats,

coffee w/ flavored creamer
PB ball, choc covered strawberry
L-little ham, HB egg
S-a handfull of granola crspy thingys
D-1/2 meatball sandwich (open face)
S-iced coffee

Ok, please share. It is always nice to see what others are eating and you can get some great ideas too!!

Here goes but be prepared -- I sometimes eat wierd things at wierd times just cause I want to and can ................

B: 3/4 cup cheese filling from baked ziti
    1 chicken sausage
    1/2 cup pasta sauce

L: nothing

D: 1 can tuna
     2tbs light mayo
     3 mini carrots
     1/2 rib celery
     2 mini pickles
     1 tbs onion

S: protein shake cause I didn't eat enough protein today

It is kinda like my eating. I don't think mine is really B, L, D sometimes it is whenever.

well seeing as im only 6 weeks out i dont eat hardly anything but ill join today lol

B: 1/2 of a yogurt, 3 slices of drained and rinsed mandarins

L: 1/4 of small wendys chili

D: 1/2 of chicken cordon blu roll i made yesterday (about 1 1/2 inch long)

S: SF pudding

isopure bottle sipped thru out the day

4oz of G2 gatorade, tons of water

see not a whole lot yet lol  =)

Ok my day was/is like this.....

B - EAS Protein Shake with 4 oz of light Soy Milk

S- 1 part skim String cheese, 2 oz yogurt

L-Salad (Lettuce, tomato, cuc, Light spray dressing), 4 oz grilled chicken breasts, 16 grapes
 
S- bag of 94% fat free popcorn

Before heading to Zumba I had a TLC bar and string cheese

D- 94% fat free ground turkey with taco seasoning put over salad (lettuce, tomato, light cheese and couple of black olives)

(Will have)S- 1/4 cup part skim riccota cheese, 2 tsp no sugar added Quick powder, 1 packet Splenda, and a splash of vanilla extract.


OK I think that is it.....LOL

Your food looks great!

Do you like the EAS shakes?? I have not tried them. I just got my FREE (well $3.00 S+H) Gotein samples. I will try one in the morning. They go right in a water bottle and shake!!

Back to work today after 1 week off. UGHH
Also up at 4am. Ready to hit the hay now!

Having an issue going to the bathroom.    Something new for me. NEver had issues. Sooo took MOM and water. HAving some discomfort so we shall see. I think because my eating has been so crappy
