 Hi everybody!

What is going on with the NY forum, it used to be such an active, supportive and fun forum to check daily.  Let's make an attempt to post more often for extra support.

Together, we can make the difference!

I'm game if you are! I almost never come here because most people seem to post on other boards...but I would love to see some more NY-specific action!

So, who's near Westchester?

I live in the north Bronx which is a hop skip and a jump from Westchester.  I love to shop there and I used to work there.  I thought about having my surgery at Lawrence Hospital a while back.  Now I'm going to Montefiore. Im preop hoping to have VSG

Is that nearby?

I'm feeling nostalgic for Rochester. I may have to come visit soon.

d,
Rochester is west. I am 4 hrs far east. One hour north of Albany, between Saratoga and Lake George.

I'm game for bringing life into this board again.  I check it every few days but not much happens here.  I am from Upstate NY (Rome, Camden area).  Surgery 11/08.  Love my RNY.  Weighed 247 and right now I am 133lbs.
Hope to talk to ya all soon

I for one will try and post more often, it was a very active board back before my surgery for sure! It was a great help to me and so many others! Lets all try and get it back to what it was since we ALL can use the support. Does not matter how far or new you are, the support is always needed.

Thanks Maryellen for your support as well, YOU ROCK!
