i am from Buffalo, Ny and have Univera Plus Med for insurance...i was wondering if anyone who has had surgery knows for sure if they require a 6 month supervised diet before approval,,,,please let me kno, cuz i called them but the girl was clueless as to what i was asking her....thanks
