I would like to apologize to Lisa at Synergy Baritrics in Buffalo ny

Several weeks ago I posted negative comments about Lisa at Synergy, about messing up my surgery, not returning phone calls, etc. I would like to apologize to Lisa about what I said. Synergy Dr. and staff are committed to helping patients lose weight. The staff and Drs are nothing but helpful and friendly. I was upset and should not have done it. So, again, I would like to apologies to Lisa for anything I said about her.

I'm glad this was resolved to your satisfaction and am glad you realize Lisa didn't "mess up" your surgery.

I had no dog in this fight, but know that Lisa is NOTHING but vastly knowledgeable, kind/well intentioned  and totally on the ball.  Some of the office staff may not be to my liking 100% of the time, but Lisa is a shining star and everyone who knows her is very glad they know her.

I hope you start attending the support group meetings on a regular basis.  They're wonderful, they really are.
