Hello eeryone.I got a lap band in 2006 and it didnt work for me at all. I lost 20 lbs and gained it back. In 2008,it slipped and I had to get it put back on again. I am really fed up with it and very discouraged on what to do. I need help?
Go back to Dr. Roslin and tell him to remove the crapband and give you the DS. He's one of the best revision surgeons in the country, and he now gives most of his new patients the DS, because it's so successful long term.
I just got sleeved 5 weeks ago by Dr Roslin. Great Dr, no complications. Only thing i didnt like was he didnt come see me afterwards while I was in the hospital..
Sorry for your troubles with your lap band. Only 20lbs sucks. I agree with the other poster. Maybe you should get the DS. Dr Roslin does a conservative ds. Check us out on the DS board too.
