univera plus med

ok, i live in buffalo and i have univera plus med and was wondering if anyone can tell me what hoops i need to jump thru for approval....do i have to do the supervised diet, and lose 5% of my total weight b4 i can even submit for approval?

just wondering how ur experience was with univera?? I have univera healthy ny and am just curious if they are gonna give me a hard time...thank you
