Looking for support in Westchester...

I think I've seen that there's a group in or around White Plains. Wondering if that's still the case...or are there any others in the Westchester or even CT area?

HI, MY HUSBAND HAD DR. ZUCCLA. DANBURY HOSP, HAS SUPPORT GROUPS. GIVE THEM A CALL. TOO BAD YOU LIVE AWAYS FROM POUGKEEPSIE, THERE A FEW HERE. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU. DEBBIEps.. I am almost sure there are meetings near you.

I do go to the support groups at Danbury Hospital, but they're very large and only once per month, so it's not as much of an opportunity to share. I'm in a smaller support group there too, but it has been cancelled so much lately, that we haven't met for 6 weeks. But I am willing to travel for a great group!

There's a support group near Westchester Medical Center on Bradhurst Avenue at Surgical Associates. The next one is next Thursday 3/4 @ 6pm.

I am a part of Bradhurst too................
They're groups are 2 times a month but they are mostly pre-op.

We have an awesome POST-OP only support group at White Plains HS...........

Ohhhhhh, there's also a GREAT group that I went to for the first time a couple weeks ago in Rockland County. I LOVE THEM! I can't wait for next Thursday to go back! In fact, I may stop traveling to Westchester, because this group is much smaller and closer.
