Nice to see you on OH again.  If I remember correctly, you are originally from Long Island, right?

I am presently (this weekend only) in the boondocks of Fredonia visiting SUNY Fredonia with my daughter.  Hey, don't you live around here?

Hey yes that is me...and ya know I have you on my Facebook as well......

We are in Mountain Dale which is just into Sullivan county....Fredonia is about 5 hrs north west from here. I am exit 112 off of Route 17 (Quickway).  Brrrr cold right, it is so windy here right now!

Regained 80 lbs (back to 230 lbs)
 
Re-lost 7 lbs (now 223 3/3/11 and moving down )
